Refund and Returns Policy

At Izel Marketing & Distribution, we aim to provide high-quality Ayurvedic products and a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from dhayani.in, you may request a return or refund subject to the terms outlined below.


Return Eligibility

You may be eligible for a return or refund if all the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is raised within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, including seals, labels, and accessories.
  • valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or payment reference) is provided.
  • clear unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

⚠️ Important:
Do not send products back without prior approval. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

If your return request is approved:

  • You will receive detailed return instructions.
  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will arrange return shipping.
  • For all other eligible returns, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • Returns requested due to change of mind or personal preference.
  • Personal care products once opened (including hair oil, skin oil, shampoo).
  • Items purchased under clearance, promotional, or final-sale offers.
  • Gift cards or free promotional items.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Share a clear unboxing video showing the issue

After verification, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the case.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable):

  • You will be notified regarding the approval status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Bank or payment gateway processing times may vary.

If 15 business days have passed since refund approval and you have not received the amount, please contact us at izelmktg@gmail.com.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend returning the eligible item first and placing a new order separately after the return is approved. This ensures faster processing.


International Orders

Currently, returns and refunds are not available for international orders due to high shipping and customs costs.

International customers are advised to carefully review product details before placing an order.
However, if an international order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email a clear unboxing video within 3 days of delivery to izelmktg@gmail.com, and we will assist you to the best of our ability.
